Rocking black raspberries, sandalwood, Provençal garrigue, and ground black pepper notes all show in the 2021 Gigondas Vieilles Vignes, another beautiful 2021 from this team that's medium-bodied, has a great mid-palate, and ripe tannins. It has a terrific sense of freshness and should have a decade of longevity.

Charming nose of cherries, plums, blueberries and mild spices. Medium body with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Juicy yet there is texture and weight on the mid-palate. Well-composed and flavorful. Drink or hold.

A sultry red, with dusty earth, singed incense and red tea atop a base of black currant and cassis. Offers good density on the palate, with garrigue, tar, juniper and a tug of tannins reining in the robust profile. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
